I have 2 rooms available for guests in my apartment, 1 bigger 1 smaller. Rent is 450 per room. (if 2 persons in bigger room ,rent is 700) My little castle is located 25 minutes by public transport to go to citycentre (Artacademy) and 30 minutes by public transport to Erasmus University, including walking to/from Metrostation. rooms are furnished with beds, covers/sheets table/chairs etc. internet by plug and wifi available, facilities are shared, like bathroom/shower with washingmachine, kitchen with all utensils, as well as toilet. If arrival/departure is at a broken part of month, only spent time to be paid at 15 euro per day. Already since 1999 exchange students, and others, found shelter in my little castle, to mutual satisfaction.
