We offer since 1991 to maximum 60 expat clean and legal accommodation with registration in our 15 apartments.
ALL rooms fully furnished + fully equipped with TV, cooking, washing, bed-linen, towels facilities.
You get the accommodation hand over in fully clean condition.
NO FEES + no commission charges. You rent directly from the owner.
You get a legal registration in our complex.
You do not need the special housing-license ( permission from Authority Amsterdam ) to live legal in our apartments. Our apartments have more then 142 points.
We organize your legal registration GBA.
VIEW = for free.
BUT, you have to send us your e-mail address otherwise we cannot send attachments with pictures and maps location and our request-form.
We first verify your legal status and if you can afford the total housing-costs before we invite you for a view.
People give 1 month in forward notice of termination rental.
Holendrechtstraat is a nice location.
Only 10 minutes by bike to Rembrandplein, 15 minutes to Leidseplein, 5 minutes from Amstel-station.
