Hi everybody,
I have a nice 4-room apartment in a quiet street in Crooswijk. Just 10 minutes (by bicycle) away from the city centre and the Erasmus University. The Kralingse Plas is just 5 minutes away.
The room is 11 m2 with a high ceiling and large window. The room is not furnished but has already curtains, lace and a laminated floor in oak style. The walls have a mintgreen colour, but you are allowed to paint these in your preferred colour. You will share the living room (photo 4) with open kitchen and bathroom (photo 5) with me.
Wireless internet is included in the rent, as well as usage of wasmachine and dryer.
I am looking for a social, easygoing and tidy room mate (female). I'm not looking for a party animal who will go out every night, because that will not match with my working life. It would be nice to have dinner together sometimes. Furthermore we will just respect each others privacy and own time.
