Behind my house is a small park and 3 minutes from my house you can find the famous Amsterdam windmill The Gooijer. 7 minutes from the Zoo (Artis) and UVA University.
The room has a nice privat balcony and a view to the big back garden with birds and the sun the whole afternoon and evening on the balcony/room side. Appartment is cleaned every 2 weeks by a professional cleaner, I will rent to a NON-smoking person € 550,-- / month (all incl.)
