Een ruime kamer op de tweede verdieping van een gezellig studentenhuis. Het ligt net over de grens in België, in Veldwezelt. Er heerst een ontspannen, vriendelijke sfeer tussen de huisgenoten, die uit verschillende landen komen. Het is 15 minuten fietsen naar de Hogeschool en ongeveer 20 tot 30 minuten naar de Universiteit. Ook stopt er een bus voor de deur die op loopafstand van de Hogeschool een halte heeft. Er is een kleine supermarkt op loopafstand van het huis en het winkelcentrum de Brusselse Poort ligt op zo’n 10 minuten fietsen van het huis af. Je deelt de douche en wc met de gang (6 personen) en in de grote keuken heb je altijd plek om te koken. Naast de keuken is een grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte waar je gezellig kunt eten of gewoon rond kunt hangen. De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, douche en wc worden wekelijks schoongemaakt door schoonmakers. Ook is er net een net nieuwe wasmachine. Verder zijn er 3 garages, waarin je je fiets veilig neer kunt zetten. De huur is inclusief GWL en internet € 235 per maand.

A spacious room on the second floor of a student house. Just across the border in Belgium, in Veldwezelt. There is a relaxed, friendly atmosphere between the students. There are students from different countries. By bicycle, it takes 15 minutes to get to the “Hogeschool Zuyd” and 20~30 minutes to get to the University of Maastricht. Also, there is a bus stop in front of the house which can take you to within walking distance of “Hogeschool Zuyd”. There is a small supermarket nearby and the shopping centre “Brusselse Poort” is only 10 minute away by bicycle. The shower and toilet are shared with the hall (6 persons) and in the large kitchen you will always find a place to cook your meal. Next to the kitchen is a large common room where you can enjoy your meal or hang out with the other students. The shared area’s, shower and toilet are cleaned every week by a group of hired cleaners. Also, a new washing machine has been installed just a few days ago. There are 3 garages, in which you can safely store your bicycle. The rent includes GWL and internet and is € 235 euros a month.
